How to Get Your Article Published

The Teesside Classical Association publishes articles, reviews, opinion pieces and more, related to the fields of Classics and Ancient History. Interested in having your work published? Just follow these simple steps:

1. Submission

   Once you have a piece you wish to have published, send your work to our team at teesside.ca@gmail.com. If you have any supporting documents, such as images, videos and sources, please include these in the same email for ease of publication.

   
   
   
   

2. Review

   Once your piece has been received, our team will review the content and format for any errors or inappropriate material. Should any issues be found, you will be contacted with suggested edits or, in extreme circumstances, rejected from publication on grounds that will be explicitly relayed.

   
   
   
   

3. Publication

   Once your work has been approved, the administration will publish your article. You will have the opportunity to respond to any comments which your post receives and we encourage dialogue between authors and the community via this medium.

While articles on our platform are not scrutinised to the level of a peer reviewed journal, we do hold submissions to a standard of decency and accuracy, both in grammar and content. We reserve the right to reject submitted articles if they fail to meet our standards.
